Do I have to buy the bracelet first?

Nope! You can chose to buy a blank bracelet to add onto, or you can add charms to your cart to piece together from scratch.

How many charms should I order to fit my wrist size?

We recommend ordering between 15 & 18 charms so that you can perfectly adjust the sizing to your preference.

Our standard bracelets come complete with 17 blank or engraved charms.

How fast is your shipping?

We offer 7-12 day shipping on all US/CA orders and 8-14 days elsewhere in the world.

Do charms lose color over time?

Our silver charms and bracelets are made from 100% stainless steel, they are corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant, so they will keep their color for more than 90 years when used in normal environment.

For charms and bracelets plated with colors such as gold, pink, blue, black and galaxy, if you preserve them properly, the color can last up to 2 years.
